Maintenance Technician · Permanent · Bridgwater · £37,000 - £45,000

Following on from a brand new partnership with a global leading manufacturing company, YT Technologies are looking for an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join our client’s high performing Manufacturing team.

Responsibilities
  • Execute planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across all site machinery and infrastructure
  • Respond rapidly to equipment breakdowns and implement effective solutions
  • Support operations by resolving mechanical issues that impact production efficiency
  • Collaborate with others in the Manufacturing Systems Engineering department and other teams to improve reliability and resolve complex faults
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and site procedures
  • Communicate with departments to keep them up to date with maintenance plans and machine handovers
  • Assist with commissioning and upgrades of machinery and facilities
  • Assist with set up and configuration of site facilities

Schedule

The role is 8:30am to 4:30pm Monday to Thursday with a 1:00pm finish on Fridays.
