Maintenance Technician

The Venue Leisure Centre, Borehamwood

Full Time (39 hours per week)

Salary Circa £25,775.88 p/a (£12.71 p/h)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Maintenance Technician to work with an enthusiastic and friendly team.

We are looking for someone with experience in:

  1. Minimising downtime related to equipment and services provided for customers, including minor installations, decorating, repairs, and maintenance.
  2. Ensuring excellent customer service through appropriate maintenance and repairs.
  3. Completing accurate records of all maintenance and repairs, including work undertaken directly and by external contractors.
  4. Preparing specifications for contractors, obtaining quotations and method statements, and completing works in a cost-effective and safe manner.
  5. Purchasing and preparing equipment required for maintaining the Centre.
