Job summary

Ring Container Technologies is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to ensure safe operation of plant equipment, perform scheduled maintenance, and handle changeovers. The role requires troubleshooting hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical issues, maintaining records, and coordinating with management for training and continuous improvement.

Candidates should have a High School Diploma or GED and 2–3 years of preventative maintenance experience in manufacturing.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required with technical certifications relevant to industrial equipment.
• 2–3 years of preventative maintenance experience on hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems in manufacturing.
• Must follow GMP, safety policies and preventive maintenance schedules.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe and efficient operation of all equipment to meet OEE and quality targets.
• Install, troubleshoot, and maintain equipment; perform scheduled PM tasks.
• Coordinate with Maintenance Manager for training and development; maintain maintenance records and parts inventory.
