About The Role
Maintenance Technician
Reporting to: Regional Estates Supervisor
Location: Exeter, Torbay, and surrounding areas.
Salary: £28,940, company van, fuel card, and uniform provided.

The role involves maintaining adult and children services within your region, working with service managers to ensure optimal environments for those we support. You will be part of a team, reporting to the Regional Estates Supervisor, and tasked with carrying out various maintenance works as instructed.
Job Responsibilities include:

• Attending sites regularly to carry out instructed works
• Performing reactive repairs and planned works such as painting, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance
• Using initiative to identify and report additional works
• Escalating issues to line managers
• Completing online training provided by the company
• Complying with health, safety, and environmental policies
• Providing excellent customer service to managers and supported individuals

Key relationships include supported individuals, location managers, the Regional Estates Supervisor, and the Group Head of Estates.
