Job summary

Premier Inn is looking for a Maintenance Team Member for Luton South (M1, J9). The role covers routine hotel maintenance, keeping the property in good condition by replacing light bulbs and fuses, and repairing furniture.

It offers an immediate start, 20 hours per week, on a fixed-term contract through 31 January 2027. You’ll join Whitbread’s Premier Inn team, benefiting from company-wide support and employee perks.

Maintenance Team Member – Luton South (M1, J9) Premier Inn Hotel

Come and be a Maintenance Team Member at Premier Inn in Luton South (M1, J9). Taking care of the maintenance of our hotels and making sure that everything just works is critical to the success of Premier Inn. Immediate start, experience beneficial.

PAY RATE: Up to £13.06 per hour

CONTRACT TYPE: Fixed-term 31/01/2027 – we don’t do zero hours contracts!

HOURS: 20 hours per week

LOCATION: London Road, Flamstead, St Albans, Hertfordshire, AL3 8HT
