Job summary

Harbour Hotels in Salcombe invites applications for a Maintenance team member. You will handle painting, decorating, electrical, joinery and plumbing with attention to safety. Strong communication and teamwork are essential, and you will coordinate with outsourced contractors and suppliers.

Weekend work is required. Experience in a leisure setting, including spas or pools, is desirable. We offer excellent progression opportunities, on-site meals, hotel stays, staff discounts, and an employee

The role…

We are currently recruiting for an excellent Maintenance team member to join the team. As a Maintenance team member, you will be confident in all basic maintenance skills including painting, decorating, electrical, joinery and plumbing. You will need to have a keen eye for detail, be an effective communicator and possess excellent knowledge of Health & Safety regulations. Someone who is organised in their work and reacts quickly and effectively when required. Working as part of a team, you will be required to liaise directly with outsourced contractors and suppliers. Previous experience of working within a leisure environment including working with spas and swimming pools would be desirable. Please note that this role requires weekend work.
