We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable full‑time Maintenance Team Member to join our team at Novotel Leeds Centre. At Novotel Leeds Centre, we welcome you as you are and support you to grow, learn, and develop every day. By joining us, you will become part of Accor, where you can explore opportunities, build your skills, and be part of a team that is passionate about hospitality.
Shifts typically run between 7:00 am and 5:30 pm. Days and times may vary depending on business needs, and weekend availability is essential. Full flexibility across the week is required. This is a full‑time position.
Previous hands‑on maintenance experience is essential, ideally within a hotel or hospitality environment. The successful candidate must be confident carrying out routine maintenance tasks independently, using their own initiative and sound judgement, while also working effectively as part of the wider team. This role requires someone with strong practical knowledge who can identify issues, troubleshoot problems, and complete basic repairs safely and efficiently, in accordance with all relevant Health and Safety procedures and regulations.
Hotel maintenance experience would be beneficial, but it is not essential. If you feel you are the right candidate, are keen and willing to learn, but do not yet have all the skills or experience listed above, we would still love to hear from you.
At Novotel Leeds Centre, you will be part of a friendly, supportive, and professional team where every colleague plays an important role in creating a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our guests. This is a hands‑on role in a busy hotel setting, where teamwork, flexibility, and a positive attitude are key.
