Job summary

Pullman London St Pancras is hiring a Maintenance Shift Engineer in London. The role focuses on service-minded guest comfort, carrying out repairs as required, and maintaining hotel technical systems.

Job Description

As a MaintenanceShiftEngineeryou will:

Be service minded

Actively contribute to guests' comfort

Carry out occasional repair work asrequired, following specifications and handles any unexpected problems

Prevent problems from occurring in the hotel's technical installations

Implement the corrective action plans as communicated by the Technical Manager

Follow the preventive maintenance programme

Be in contact with all hotel departments

• Applies water hygiene procedures
• Run regular checks and repairs on plant rooms equipment
• Organise and support the teamin order tocomplete different tasks
• Manage the workshop andmonitorthe spare parts stock
• Daily checks on hotel’s BMS to provide bestpossible comfortfor hotel guests
• Log calls and supervise external contractors
