Job description

Maintenance Team Member

Assist with the seamless running of engineering upgrades and ensure guests receive an exceptional stay. Responsibilities include routine checks and maintenance of electrical, plumbing, fixtures, fittings, and general hotel upkeep, in line with company standards, legal requirements, and guest comfort.

Main duties:

  • Perform maintenance and repairs on the building's fabric, ensuring high standards
  • Record all jobs in the defect reporting system
  • Conduct planned preventative maintenance across all hotel areas, completing checklists for bedrooms, public areas, and plant rooms
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workshop area
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the hotel layout, technical services, security devices, and safety routines
  • Repair or replace furniture, fixtures, fittings, and appliances with minimal guest disruption
  • Propose improvements for the hotel

Candidate profile:

Qualifications:
