Job summary

Whitbread Bath City Centre Premier Inn is hiring a Maintenance Team Member on a 20-hour week contract. Immediate start, no experience needed, with on-the-job training and a fixed-term contract until 7 January 2027.

The role focuses on keeping hotel maintenance up to standard, from lighting to furniture repairs, in a friendly, inclusive team. The position offers a predictable schedule with weekday shifts and benefits through Whitbread, along with opportunities to grow within the hospitality

Qualifications

• No experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• Willingness to learn basic maintenance tasks and safety procedures.
• Able to perform routine maintenance and light repairs.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks across the hotel.
• Replace bulbs, fuses and fixtures as needed.
• Assist with upkeep of public areas and back-of-house spaces.

We're currently recruiting in our Bath City Centre Premier Inn Hotel. Working 20 hours per week, paying up to £13.06 per hour.

Maintenance Team Member - Bath City Centre Premier Inn Hotel

Come and be a Maintenance Team Member at Premier Inn in Bath City Centre. Taking care of the maintenance of our hotels and making sure that everything just works is critical to the success of Premier Inn. Immediate start, no experience needed.

PAY RATE

£13.06 per hour day shift

CONTRACT TYPE

Fixed-term contract until 07/01/2027 - we don't do zero hours contracts!

HOURS

20 a week - guaranteed hours to plan your week around (if it's in the week only, say: "Weekdays only - get your weekends back!")
