Job summary

A leading manufacturing company in Glasgow is seeking an experienced Maintenance Team Lead to ensure the efficient operation and maintenance of plant facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical fitting/maintenance, leadership skills, and experience in automated manufacturing. Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in a medium - large automated manufacturing operation.
• Experience with Hydraulics, Pneumatics, and Rotating Equipment.
• Background in mechanical fitting/maintenance positions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth running of all equipment and plant maintenance.
• Manage PPM and breakdown avoidance.
• Supervise onsite contractors.
