What You Will Do:
  1. Ensure maintenance and repair work is completed safely, effectively, and in a timely manner.
  2. Regularly check the status of team activities, ensuring timely progress on open issues and projects.
  3. Lead maintenance with regards to factory-based improvement projects.
  4. Provide support for Maintenance prevention activities.
  5. Organise the team and prioritise production needs to minimise response times.
  6. Provide reports and maintain agreed KPI's, leading by example with a positive and 'can-do' attitude.
What You Will Bring:
  1. HNC in a maintenance-related discipline or City & Guilds in a Maintenance-related discipline.
  2. NEBS/ILM Level 2 Supervisory Management or equivalent leadership qualification.
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and experience with SAP or other IT planning tools.
  4. A time-served background in a maintenance/engineering discipline.
  5. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and lead a team across multiple shifts.
