Job summary

Advanced Engineering is recruiting a Maintenance Team Leader for a busy Middlesbrough site on a 2-month contract. You will guide a small team of Engineers in electrical and mechanical maintenance, oversee Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) work, and drive small projects to keep the site running efficiently.

You will plan and coordinate work for a team, carry out planned and reactive maintenance, and manage project tasks to improve plant performance on a food manufacturing/packaging site.

Qualifications

• Experience with planned maintenance (PPM) and small project work to improve site efficiency.

Job description

Role: Maintenance Team Leader

Location: Middlesbrough

Shifts: 4on 4off - Days and Nights

Rate: £40 per hour

PAY: Outside IR35 (LTD)

Length of contract: 2 months

Skill set: Guiding a small team of Engineers - Electrical Maintenance, Mechanical Maintenance, PPM work and small projects to help the site run efficiently

Start Date: ASAP

Some Details: We are currently recruiting for a contract Maintenance Team Leader working on a busy manufacturing site in Middlesbrough. You will have experience leading a small team of Engineers, also working on your own and park of a team, dealing with Maintenance activities that come with a busy food manufacturing/packaging site.
