Candidates need RHS level 2 horticulture, NVQ level 3, or equivalent, or be close to qualifying. You will need a good knowledge of horticultural equipment and machinery, ensuring it is looked after and maintained, as well as an understanding of current health and safety requirements.

A PA1&6 spraying licence is desirable but not essential. A love for plants and gardening is essential, as are good verbal and written communication skills and excellent English. You must be able to work in a team, use your initiative, and have good attention to detail and high standards.

This is an opportunity for a dynamic person with lots of initiative to experience working for a small, friendly company with a positive outlook.
