This role would suit an existing leader or someone with a proven track record of overseeing a team of engineers.

As the Maintenance Team Leader, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the engineering department and work alongside a shift engineer whilst being hands-on to ensure maximum efficiency of the machinery.

Responsibilities:

• Supervising the day-to-day operational engineering
• Scheduling planned preventative maintenance
• Mentoring and developing engineers
• Ensuring your team is in the best position to carry out their work to the best of their ability
• Reactive and planned maintenance
• Implementation of the stores managing through S5
• Daily review meetings with customers

The ideal candidate for this Maintenance Team Leader position must have the following skills, abilities, and qualifications:

• Must have a recognised electrical qualification (apprenticeship, NVQ level 3, BTEC, ONC, C&G, HNC, HND)
• Proven track record of supervising or leading a team of engineers
• Flexible on being hands-on where required
• Experience of working within an FMCG environment is desirable but not essential
