Maintenance Team Leader - BLUE CHIP MANUFACTURER - WORLD CLASS TRAINING AND UNRESTRICTED PROGRESSION.

Salary: £54,500 - £58,600 + Unlimited Overtime

Location: Stratford

Responsibilities

Our client is looking to take on a maintenance team leader to support the engineering team in a hands-on capacity. As a maintenance team leader you will be working within an engineering team that have expert knowledge in regards to mechanical and electrical components.

The role involves leading and supervising maintenance activities on a fully automated site with world class machinery, contributing to maintaining high engineering standards and ensuring reliable operation.

Qualifications & Skills

• Supervisory experience.
• Multiskilled, EITHER bias.
• Experience working in an FMCG or factory background.
• Electrical Engineering Qualification.
