Job summary

We are representing a leading manufacturing business seeking an experienced Maintenance Team Leader to plan, coordinate and deliver on-site maintenance activities. You will manage a small team and own the PPM programme, driving reliability improvements and reduced downtime.

The role requires strong leadership, fault-finding skills and a solid understanding of HSE and ISO requirements. You will work closely with Production, Engineering and Senior Management to meet KPIs and maintain high

Qualifications

Significant maintenance/engineering experience within a manufacturing/industrial environment.
Experience as a Maintenance Team Leader, Supervisor or similar.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of three Maintenance Technicians.
Plan and prioritise preventive maintenance, breakdown response and improvement projects.
Own and manage the Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) programme.
Coordinate effective responses to machinery and equipment breakdowns.
Identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime.
Manage maintenance spares and consumables.
Set objectives, conduct appraisals and support the development of team members.
Monitor maintenance KPIs including downtime, breakdown trends, response times and repeat failures.
Drive continuous improvement across maintenance processes.
Promote high standards of Health & Safety and operational compliance.
