Job summary

You will lead maintenance engineers, manage priorities and KPIs, and maintain a hands-on approach when required. Strong CMMS experience and a practical mechanical bias are preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor maintenance engineers.

• Oversee shift handovers and cross-team communication.
• Use CMMS data and KPIs to drive improvements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Remain hands-on with maintenance when required.
