Working Pattern: Full-time, Monday–Friday
Pay Rate: £35.00 Umbrella /£20.88 PAYE

Summary:
Clarion Housing Group is seeking a Maintenance Surveyor to work across its South region, focusing on complex repairs, disrepair cases, and damp and mould investigations. The role involves property inspections, diagnosis, scoping of works, and collaboration with contractors and to ensure safe, effective maintenance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Disrepair & Damp/Mould Surveys

• Inspect properties with LDR and complex disrepair issues
  
  
  




• Undertake damp and mould assessments, identifying root causes
  
  
  




• Prepare detailed reports and scopes of work
  
  
  




• Recommend and oversee remedial actions
  
  
  

Stakeholder Engagement

• Liaise with , contractors and internal teams
  
  
  




• Provide clear updates to customers regarding progress and solutions
  
  
  




• Ensure accurate documentation is maintained throughout each case
  
  
  

Compliance & Quality

• Ensure all surveys and reports meet internal and legal standards
  
  
  




• Monitor contractor performance and ensure remedial works meet specifications
  
  
  




• Contribute to improvements in damp and mould management strategies
  
  
  

General Duties

• Work independently across multiple sites in the South region
  
  
  




• Prioritise workload based on urgency and compliance risk
  
  
  




• Input data and updates into Clarion’s asset or case management systems
