Job summary

Clarion Housing Group is seeking a Maintenance Surveyor for Leatherhead & Dorking, offering hybrid working and a permanent, full-time role. You will carry out inspections, surveys and reporting for responsive repairs, void works and cyclical repairs, engaging with customers, leaseholders and internal/external stakeholders.

With a Diploma in Surveying, Property and Maintenance Level 3 and active membership in a professional body (RICS or CIOB), you will plan and coordinate repair work,

Qualifications

• Diploma in Surveying, Property and Maintenance Level 3 is required.
• Be a member of a relevant professional body such as RICS or CIOB.
• Applicants must be able to travel across the region.

Responsibilities

• Carry out pre/post-inspections and produce reports for responsive repairs, voids, and cyclical works.
• Plan and coordinate repair, maintenance and construction work to meet cost, time and quality standards.
• Undertake building and technical surveys to determine condition and identify defects and risks.
• Perform major void inspections and ensure work aligns with KPIs and survey findings.
