Job description

We're looking for an experienced Maintenance Surveyor to deliver a high-quality repairs and maintenance service across responsive repairs, voids, cyclical works, and complex projects. You'll carry out inspections, prepare technical reports, manage contractors, and ensure works are delivered on time, within budget, and to excellent standards.,

  • Conduct pre- and post-works inspections, diagnosing defects and recommending solutions.
  • Manage contractor performance and budgets, ensuring value for money.
  • Oversee major void works, disrepair cases, and statutory notices.
  • Prepare specifications, quotations, and cost estimates.
  • Maintain excellent customer relationships and ensure compliance with H&S regulations.

    Diploma in Surveying, Property & Maintenance (Level 3) + RICS/CIOB membership.
  • Knowledge of building construction, standards, compliance, and social housing regulations.
  • Strong communication, financial management, and organisational skills.
  • Full UK driving licence, HNC or equivalent
