Job summary

Essential Employment is seeking a Maintenance Surveyor for a hybrid role in Penge. You will conduct pre- and post-inspection activities and prepare reports for responsive repairs, voids, and cyclical works, ensuring timely delivery within a £10m regional budget and compliance with regulations.

You will engage with customers, leaseholders and internal/external stakeholders to maintain high customer satisfaction, monitor contractor on-site progress, and ensure works are completed to quality

Maintenance Surveyor (Hybrid) needed in Penge, £22.26phPAYE - Reference: 000B 49CE / 1

Responsible for pre/post-inspection and reports for responsive repairs, void works and cyclical repairs within
the relevant area of operation, consulting and engaging with customers, leaseholders and with internal and
external stakeholders in the region. Ensure the highest customer standards of delivery are achieved, minimal
defects, and a high level of customer satisfaction is achieved. Effectively managing the performance and on
site progress of Contractors ensuring that works are delivered on time, to a regional budget of £10m,
to quality standards and achieve value for money in line with all relevant statutory regulations and compliance

This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis.
