Maintenance Surveyor needed in Stevenage - Paying £35 per hr - ref 000A 3B6C / 1

Full-time hours on a temporary basis

Main Purpose of the Role

Responsible for pre/post-inspection and reports for responsive repairs, void works, and cyclical repairs within the relevant area of operation. Engage with customers, leaseholders, and internal/external stakeholders in the region. Ensure high standards of customer service, minimal defects, and high customer satisfaction. Manage the performance and on-site progress of the client's contractors, ensuring works are delivered on time, within a regional budget of £10m, and to quality standards, achieving value for money in line with regulations and compliance. Take ownership of legal disrepair and statutory notices issued to the client for the locality.
