Maintenance Surveyor needed in Stevenage paying £35 per hr ref 000A 3B6C / 1

Full-time hours on a temporary basis

Role Overview

The main purpose of this role is to be responsible for pre/post-inspection and reports for responsive repairs, void works, and cyclical repairs within the relevant area of operation. You will be consulting and engaging with customers, leaseholders, and with internal and external stakeholders in the region. The goal is to ensure the highest customer standards of delivery are achieved, with minimal defects and a high level of customer satisfaction.

You will also be managing the performance and on-site progress of the client's contractors, ensuring that works are delivered on time, within a regional budget of £10m, to quality standards, and in compliance with all relevant regulations. Additionally, you will own legal disrepair issues and statutory notices issued to the client for your area of responsibility.
