We are currently partnering with a leading Social Housing provider in South Wales, who are recruiting for a Maintenance Surveyor to join their growing team on a permanent basis.

Our client is proud to be a provider of quality and affordable homes to their communities.

This is a full-time position with a salary of £37,001 per annum and the start date is subject to notice.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

Completing pre and post surveys and inspections on domestic properties for repairs works

Writing detailed specifications of work for contractors/trade staff to follow

Overseeing ongoing works and supervising contractors working under contract, including assessment of quality, compliance with contract conditions and safe working practises

Ensuring completed projects meet required standards and that all remedial works are completed

Undertaking physical adaptation grant surveys

Requirements:

Experience completing maintenance surveys within domestic properties and managing subsequent works

Full UK driving licence

Working hours:

35 hours per week

Monday – Friday, flexible start/finish times
