A leading housing provider is seeking a Maintenance Surveyor in Sittingbourne to provide high-quality repair services across Kent. The role involves inspections, ensuring compliance with building regulations and contract management. Ideal candidates will have experience in a maintenance environment and possess a Full UK Driving Licence. The position offers hybrid working and various employee benefits.

We have a great opportunity that has arisen within our dedicated Reactive Repairs Team for a Maintenance Surveyor. You will support the team in providing a high-quality responsive repair service, to ensure that all Southern Housing owned and managed properties are maintained to the highest possible standards; and that all statutory and regulatory requirements are met. You’ll ensure that all staff, residents, leaseholders, managing agencies, property owners, and partners are provided with a high standard of service.
Your main base will be our Sittingbourne office, with regular travel across the Kent region. You’ll have the option of working in a hybrid way when appropriate and as agreed with your manager.
