Maintenance Surveyor

Our Client, a well-established local authority, is currently looking to recruit a Building Surveyor specialising in damp and mould related issues. Based in South Yorkshire, they are about to embark on a programme of works to identify, specify, and project manage known properties with damp and mould related issues predominantly in the housing market. With a long-term contract on offer, this could be the right job for you.

The ideal candidate must be a forward-thinking individual and a successful problem solver. The candidate must also be able to organise their own workload, so excellent time management skills are desired.

This position is an immediate start.
