Role Details
Hybrid role - working from home and our office within the South, covering Surrey, East & West Sussex, Kent, South, South West & South East London.
Temporary 3-month contract, full-time (37.5 hours per week).
Salary circa: £42,000 – £47,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits include a Health Cash Plan.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct pre- and post-inspections of repairs on responsive and void properties across the South, ensuring high-quality work and customer satisfaction.
- Provide technical advice to trades, maintenance managers, subcontractors, and suppliers for delivering high-quality, cost-effective, and compliant services.
- Manage contracts, monitor progress against schedules, and utilize customer insights to improve service delivery.
- Handle disrepair cases, including damp and mould issues, in customer homes.
- Measure materials accurately to ensure a 'right first time' approach.
- Ensure void re-servicing is done to a high standard for quick re-let.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum HNC/HND or equivalent in surveying or building-related field, or substantial professional experience.
- Knowledge of damp and mould causes, with relevant qualifications or willingness to obtain them.
- Experience in property condition assessments, disrepair and dilapidation surveys, and remedial works.
- Ability to understand building pathology, including complex issues like subsidence.
- Experience managing contractors, ensuring compliance with health and safety laws, including CDM regulations.
- Proactive, self-sufficient, capable of managing your patch and delivering work on time and within budget.
Additional Information
- Flexible working hours, Monday to Friday, with a mix of office and home-based work, and site visits across the South.
- Proficient in using technology for record keeping, budgeting, KPI tracking, online learning, and collaboration.
- Full UK driving license and insured vehicle for business use (mileage paid).
- Basic DBS check required, paid for by us.
