Southern Housing is seeking a Maintenance Surveyor to join their Direct Services Team in providing a high-quality maintenance service across Esher and surrounding areas. The successful candidate will ensure properties are maintained to the highest standards and statutory requirements, contributing to the well-being of residents and property owners alike. This role offers hybrid working options and an 18-month fixed-term contract with a comprehensive benefits package.
We have a great opportunity within our dedicated Direct Services Team for a Maintenance Surveyor. You will support the team in providing a high-quality surveying and responsive maintenance service to ensure all organisationally owned and managed properties are maintained to the highest standards, and all statutory and regulatory requirements are met. You will ensure that staff, residents, leaseholders, managing agencies, property owners, and partners receive a high standard of service. The role involves working across Esher and surrounding areas, with an option for hybrid working when appropriate and as agreed with your manager.
Please note, this role is offered on an 18-Month Fixed Term Contract / Secondment, working 35 hours a week.
