  • Proficiency in IT systems, including Intermediate Excel.
  • Full UK driving license and willingness to travel.
  • Ability to pass a basic DBS check.

About the Role

An established housing and property management organisation is seeking a Maintenance Surveyor to join its Property Services Team, working from the Exeter Hub and covering the Devon locality. The role involves investigating, diagnosing, and resolving day-to-day maintenance issues, as well as providing technical support to in-house trades teams and external contractors.

Prepare detailed specifications, including scope of works, quantities, budgets, and timelines

Ensure works are completed safely, efficiently, and to the required standard

Maintain accurate data within property management systems
