Salary: £25,305 - £25,308 per annum + shift premiums & benefits
Hours: 41.08 hrs/week (rotating shifts including evenings and Sundays)

About the Role:
Join a leading pharmaceutical distribution site as a Maintenance Support Operative. You will assist in planned and preventative maintenance of automated volume picking machinery, gaining hands-on experience with electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with maintenance and immediate response to equipment breakdowns

Carry out testing, visual and physical checks on machinery

Help prepare and maintain machinery for efficient operation

Work mostly standing and walking; occasional lifting (up to 15kg), bending, kneeling, and crouching

What We’re Looking For:

Basic maintenance experience

Good attention to detail and communication skills

Physically able to meet role demands

Ability to pass a DBS check (company-funded)

Motivated, team-oriented with a strong work ethic

Logistics or engineering background preferred but not essential
