  • Worldwide discounts at 6,600+ IHG Hotels globally
  • Atlas Friends & Family Discount - up to 45% off for your loved ones
  • Monthly cash rewards through our recognition platform

What you'll be doing:

  • Leading the Way

You'll support and develop Maintenance Technicians across your divisions - delivering onboarding, training and coaching that builds skill, confidence, and consistency. You'll lead technician engagement through regular touchpoints and help embed a culture of quality and pride in every hotel. When needed, you'll also provide hands on maintenance support and step in to cover Maintenance Technician absences and vacancies - ensuring hotels stay safe, compliant, and operational.

  • Turning Strategy into Action

You'll implement best practice maintenance standards on the ground - embedding consistent processes and helping hotel teams translate guidance into effective day to day delivery. You'll also feedback insights to continuously improve tools, procedures and training.

  • Guest Obsessed

You'll help keep hotels safe, operational and guest-ready, tracking out of order rooms, resolving issues quickly, and supporting Maintenance Technicians to deliver maintenance that enhances the guest experience.

  • Commercial Focus with Heart

You'll manage divisional stock efficiently and ensure tools and equipment are maintained to support safe and effective repairs. You'll also help Maintenance Technicians prioritise their workload to reduce waste, minimise downtime, and maintain standards under pressure.

  • People First, Always

You'll lead Maintenance Technician recruitment and onboarding in partnership with Hotel Managers. You'll deliver structured inductions, hands-on training, and ongoing development that empowers Maintenance Technicians to thrive and stay engaged.

  • Driving Compliance & Standards

You'll oversee the consistent delivery of Planned Preventative Maintenance and ensure hotel maintenance meets compliance standards across fire, life safety, and mechanical systems. You'll support Maintenance Technicians to understand and meet their responsibilities, helping reduce risk and maintain operational integrity.

We think you'll thrive if you have:

  • Hands-on maintenance or facilities experience in a multi-site environment (ideally hospitality)
  • Experience mentoring or leading technicians or maintenance teams
  • Strong technical skills and a proactive approach to troubleshooting
  • A working knowledge of health & safety and property compliance
  • Excellent communication and coaching skills
  • A calm, organised approach and the ability to prioritise under pressure
  • Confidence working independently while building strong relationships with Maintenance Technicians and Hotel Managers
  • A willingness to travel extensively across your regions
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
