Job Summary

DESCRIPTION: The Maintenance Supervisor oversees the work activities of the Buildings & Grounds personnel to ensure safe, efficient, sanitary, attractive, and orderly conditions within the medical center. Coordinates some activities of the Environmental Services Department with other hospital departments.

Qualifications
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Working towards vocational or technical training is desired.
  • Experience/Skills: One year of basic trade experience or trade school attendance is desired.
  • Preferred Skills: Customer service orientation, willingness to develop additional skills, good communication skills, and the ability to inform managers of potential problems. Valid PA driver’s license required.
