Pioneer Selection Ltd has a fantastic opportunity for a Maintenance Supervisor at a flagship site in Clifton, Nottingham. This hands-on supervisory role leads the engineering team, coordinates maintenance activities and drives equipment reliability in a modern automated facility.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership or management experience.
• Electrically biased engineering background.
• Hands-on maintenance experience within manufacturing, industrial, or Armed Forces environments.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Strong electrical fault-finding and maintenance skills.
• Experience with planned, reactive, and breakdown maintenance.
• Ability to lead and support an engineering team while remaining hands-on.
• Experience working within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Recognised engineering qualification.
