The ideal candidate brings proven supervisory experience in manufacturing environments, with strong mechanical and electrical expertise and a proactive approach to process improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or in a senior engineering maintenance role within recycling, waste management or manufacturing.
• Strong mechanical and electrical engineering knowledge.
• Experience leading and developing a team.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
• Knowledge of health & safety regulations, risk assessments and compliance.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
