Job summary

IKO Industries Ltd. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to support the maintenance manager in plant maintenance, reliability, and engineering initiatives at the Chester location.

The role involves supervising maintenance personnel, coordinating work with contractors and production teams, and driving continuous improvement in equipment uptime. You will implement preventive maintenance programs, utilize CMMS for work orders and scheduling, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily maintenance activities, assign work, monitor progress, ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate maintenance personnel, contractors, and production teams for reliability and uptime.
• Implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs as directed by the Maintenance Manager.
• Utilize CMMS for work orders, scheduling, and documentation.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate repairs to minimize downtime.
• Support reliability initiatives and root cause analysis.
