Maintenance Supervisor – Birmingham • Full-time: 8-hour shifts (8am-8pm, Monday-Sunday) • Salary - up to £34,727 per annum

We're looking for a practical, problem-solving Maintenance Supervisor to lead a small team and keep our clients' properties safe, compliant, and welcoming. This is the perfect role for someone who knows their way around tools, enjoys fixing things, and can inspire a team by leading from the front.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Working alongside your team to keep buildings in top shape - from routine checks to urgent repairs.
  • Tackling planned and reactive maintenance: plumbing, joinery, electrics, plastering - whatever needs doing.
  • Keeping properties safe, secure, clean, and ready for residents.
  • Jumping on issues quickly, fixing what you can, or knowing when to escalate.
  • Encouraging safe working practices and supporting sustainability initiatives.
What We're Looking For
  • A team leader who's approachable, supportive, and leads by example.
  • Hands-on maintenance know-how - practical skills in plumbing, joinery, plastering, or electrics.
