Job summary

A recruitment agency is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Telford to lead and implement maintenance and reliability initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a degree or equivalent in engineering and strong knowledge of continuous improvement and TPM. Experience with CMMS systems, particularly Mainsaver or Spidex, is preferred. This role requires creativity in maintaining site performance and reliability.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of continuous improvement.
• Experience with FMCG processes will be beneficial.
• Proven in-depth knowledge of TPM.

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement maintenance and reliability initiatives.
