Maintenance Supervisor

A permanent position has arisen for a Planned Maintenance Supervisor within a highly regarded organisation based in Northamptonshire. This role manages the maintenance team and sub-contractors to ensure work orders are allocated appropriately and planned preventative and statutory maintenance is completed in a timely fashion.

The successful candidate must have previous experience within an Estates role, ideally within a commercial environment.

Your duties will include:

  • Keep all buildings in excellent condition through a Planned Preventative Maintenance strategy including external envelope, internal fabric, Electrical, Mechanical, Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) equipment
  • Direct and monitor the Planned Maintenance Services team and subcontractors
  • Manage performance and behaviour of team
  • Maintain a full asset list
  • Contribute to the development of the budget, ensuring works are completed within financial allocation

The successful candidate should have:

  • Experience managing multi-building organisations
  • An Electrical qualification would be desirable
  • Experience managing contractors and suppliers
