Maintenance Supervisor - Manchester

Responsibilities:

• Ensure self and team carry out duties in accordance with all Health and Safety procedures, Codes of Practice, and Statutory Regulations.
• Undertake supervision, coaching, support, and development for team members.
• Manage day-to-day activities of relevant employees, including conduct, performance, attendance, and capability.
• Build effective relationships with the client, answer queries, and keep them informed about site activities and developments.
• Identify opportunities for additional works and organise and manage their completion in accordance with contractual requirements.

Requirements:

• Level 3 qualification in any trade
• Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor, preferably in an industrial or commercial setting within a facilities management organisation.
• Strong knowledge of commercial systems.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Effective communication skills to interact with colleagues and provide clear maintenance reports.
• A valid and full UK Driving Licence is essential.
