One of the well known companies in the FM and Maintenance industry is currently looking to recruit a Maintenance Supervisor for a key contract in London. They provide specialist support in the operation, maintenance, and repair of building services, excelling in maintaining technically demanding blue-chip and critical buildings across London. The building is a modern, high-specification office near St Paul’s station.

Responsibilities include:

1. Organising and managing all planned and reactive maintenance.
2. Managing a team of multi-skilled engineers.
3. Ensuring health and safety compliance and proper documentation.
4. Maintaining cleanliness of plant rooms.
5. Undertaking reactive maintenance as per the contract.
6. Managing minor improvements.
7. Attending client meetings.
8. Managing contractors.
9. Performing hands-on duties when required.

Candidate requirements:

• Fully qualified to recognized electrical standards (HNC, C&G, etc.).
• C&G 18th Edition certification.
• Experience supervising and managing commercial building services.
• Ability to manage budgets and control costs.
• Experience with planned and reactive maintenance.
• Background in building services environment.
