Job description

Our client is a national FM Service Provider with a variety of clients across a diverse range of sectors. It is looking to hire an experienced Maintenance Supervisor in Liverpool.

As the Maintenance Supervisor, you will come from an electrical background and have relevant qualifications to City and Guilds, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent. The successful candidate must have a full UK driver's licence and be prepared to travel around Merseyside. You will help maintain 8-10 fire stations and buildings.

The successful Maintenance Supervisor must have a proven track record in a similar role, have good people management skills, be customer-focused, be good engineering support for your team, manage contractors and help to identify chargeable works on the contract.
