Overview

Role: Maintenance Team Leader / Maintenance Supervisor

Salary: £40,000 to £50,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and career growth opportunities

Hours: Days - Monday to Friday (8am - 4pm)

Location: Commutable from Fareham, Southampton, Cosham, Havant, Waterlooville and surrounding areas

Responsibilities

• Hands on and complete various maintenance tasks including breakdown repairs and PPMs.
• Motivate and lead a small team of Maintenance Engineers.
• Coordinate and champion the Planned Preventive Maintenance system.
• Coordinate various projects and contractors, as and when required.
• Help support continuous improvements in the factory.
• Take an active role in reporting on maintenance.

Requirements

• Experienced Maintenance Engineer who has leadership / supervisory experience - you could be working as a Maintenance Supervisor OR Maintenance Team Leader OR Maintenance Manager OR Senior Engineer OR Engineering Supervisor
• Qualified in 'either' mechanical or electrical engineering or similar
• Mechanical OR Electrical OR Multi Skilled - hiring manager is open to any bias
• Experienced in completing repairs and general factory maintenance to machinery and/or equipment
• Ideally have SOME experience of motors, bearings, chains, gearboxes, pumps, hydraulics, pneumatics, sensors, relays, control panels.
• Holding passion, drive and love for Engineering.
