Maintenance Supervisor required for a leading housing provider working in Bristol.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for overseeing and coordinating repairs and maintenance activities, including grounds and facilities, across multiple large retirement housing locations.
• Ensure a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained living environment while leading and managing a team of maintenance staff.
• Provide leadership to the location maintenance team and have extensive knowledge of building systems to ensure the efficient and effective operation of designated locations.
• Supervise, train, and manage a team of maintenance staff across multiple complex locations, assigning tasks, setting schedules, and monitoring performance to ensure high-quality work and timely completion of work orders.
• Utilise a trade background to carry out minor repairs where possible and drive a high-performance culture within your team, aiming to carry out more repairs ourselves and offer an excellent repairs service to our location teams.
• This position is ideally suited for someone with a trade background who is looking to step into a supervisor role.
