Overview

Multi Skilled Maintenance Supervisor. Brierly Hill, West Midlands. Industrial Manufacturing Business. £55,000 + 33 days holiday + pension. Working Hours: Days - 8:00am-4:30pm (Monday - Friday).

A highly successful industrial manufacturing business based in Brierly Hill are looking for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join their team. This role involves the supervision of a small team within a dynamic production environment. With a mixture of 'hands on' engineering and leadership, this role with suit an engineer who enjoys diversity within their day!

Role Description
  • Supervising a small team of engineers.
  • Provision of planned and reactive maintenance engineering across a broad range of automated production machinery.
  • Adhering to PPM/TPM schedules and responsive reaction to breakdowns
  • Installation and commissioning of new equipment.
  • PLC Fault Finding.
  • Reading and working from electrical panel drawings.
  • Keeping H&S at the forefront when all work is conducted.
  • Working alongside a cross-sectional team of skilled engineers.
  • Reporting into the Engineering Supervisor.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineering experience.
  • Electrically qualified to Level 3+.
  • Industrial Manufacturing industry experience.
  • Senior Engineer, Supervisory or Management exposure.
  • Ability to perform both planned and reactive maintenance.
  • Good organisation and planning ability.
