Maintenance Supervisor – Commercial & Insurance Sector

Location: Bournemouth & surrounding areas

Type: Full Time (40 hours per week)

Benefits: Company vehicle, fuel card, mobile phone, uniform

About the Role

We’re looking for two capable Site Supervisor to join our team and oversee works within

the commercial, Social Housing and Insurance work sectors. This role is primarily site-based, with occasional

time at our Bournemouth office. You’ll work closely with Contracts Managers to deliver various sized projects to a high standard.

Responsibilities

• Manage subcontractors and directly employed operatives

• Ensure project quality, budget control, and deadlines are met

• Maintain health and safety standards across all sites

• Record and report on daily site progress

• Communicate effectively with clients, insurers, and colleagues

• Support planning and delivery of multiple projects

• Take part in the on-call rota (includes standby fee)

Requirements

• Experience supervising commercial or insurance-related building work

• Good general building knowledge, ideally with a plumbing background

• Excellent organisational and communication skills

• SMSTS and CSCS card preferred, but not essential

• Full UK driving licence required
