My client has been successfully manufacturing for years in Birmingham, specializing in metals such as ingot, slab, coil, bar, and sheet. They primarily supply the aerospace industry and other industrial sectors. They are now seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join their team.

Duties of the Maintenance Supervisor Role:

Responsible for supporting the growth of manufacturing operations across the factory by managing a team of 9 engineers.

The role involves working in a heavy industry environment with machinery such as foundry equipment, furnaces, large presses, vacuum systems, and forge furnaces.
