Job Summary:

This supervisory role involves overseeing construction job completion, performing maintenance duties, and handling service requests that require general technical skills. The position may require traveling to various locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general building and contracting functions under supervision
• Supervise subcontractors to ensure compliance with rules, regulations, and deadlines
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Customer Service, clients, vendors, and others to complete work
• Communicate effectively using web-based software, voice, text, and vendor communication systems
• Perform trades such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general building work
• Conduct routine building maintenance
• Order parts, supplies, or equipment for repairs
• Plan and lay out repair work using diagrams, blueprints, and manuals
• Perform cleaning duties as needed
• Record maintenance and repair work details and costs
• Additional duties may be assigned

Requirements:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent

Physical Requirements:
