We provide a fun and inclusive working environment, with a competitive hourly rate of up to £13.25 depending on experience and qualifications. You will also receive a £50 bonus upon completing basic training, and if you refer a friend, you'll split a £100 referral bonus!

Work hours include weekends and bank holidays, from 9am to 5pm, and 10am to 6pm on arrival days.

Skills and Experience Needed:

1. Maintaining external areas such as car parks, paths, and roadways.
2. Inspecting hotel rooms for maintenance needs.
3. Carrying out maintenance in line with Health & Safety policies to ensure safety for all.
4. Ensuring the good working order of all equipment, planning, and implementing maintenance schedules.
5. Performing carpentry, painting, electrical, and plumbing tasks regularly.
6. Conducting health and safety checks, including fire safety, risk assessments, and legionella testing.
7. Experience in a maintenance environment, with skills in trades like carpentry, joinery, plumbing, or electrics.
8. Experience in painting and decorating.
9. Ideally, holding relevant trade qualifications.
