Job summary

Leonardo Hotel Management (UK) Limited is seeking a Maintenance Specialist / Handyman to support Master Apartments in delivering safe, well-maintained guest facilities. You will work closely with the Operations Manager to plan daily tasks, uphold health and safety standards, and inspire a vibrant team to exceed guests’ expectations.

You should bring proven hospitality maintenance experience, and skills in electrical, plumbing or carpentry, with strong communication to coordinate across hotel

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar role within hospitality.
• Electrical, plumbing or carpentry skills.
• Strong communicator able to work with other hotel departments.
• Motivate and coach team members to meet Leonardo standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance tasks and general Health and Safety requirements.
• Collaborate with the Operations Manager to motivate colleagues and maintain guest facilities.

• Be yourself!
• Have proven experience in a similar role within Hospitality
• Have proven ability in one or more of the following skills: electrical, plumbing, carpentry
• Be a great communicator: you’ll be working with other departments within the hotel to ensure all facilities are to the high Leonardo standard
• Motivate the team and coach new team members
